Text Messaging Terms
Last updated: June 5, 2026
These Text Messaging Terms govern the text (SMS/MMS) messaging program operated by Turnbull Law Group, LLC (“Turnbull,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They supplement, and are incorporated into, our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By providing your mobile telephone number to Turnbull and consenting to be contacted by text, including consent provided by executing a client engagement agreement with Turnbull, you agree to these Text Messaging Terms.
Program description
Turnbull sends text messages to clients and to individuals who have provided a mobile number and consented to be contacted by text. Messages relate to servicing your matter and your account. Examples include appointment and document reminders, requests for documents related to your matter, settlement and account updates, status updates, and responses to questions you send us. Turnbull does not send text messages for the marketing or promotion of products or services through this program.
Consent
You may provide consent to receive text messages by providing your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted by text, including by executing a client engagement agreement with Turnbull that authorizes contact by text message. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of retaining Turnbull or of purchasing any service.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your matter and your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Turnbull does not charge a separate fee for text messages.
How to opt out
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will not send you further texts unless you opt back in. You may also withdraw consent in writing by contacting us using the information below.
